We are Bespoke
A unique alternative provision for young people who need time, trust and a different way forward.
We create safe, steady relationships that help young people feel ready to take their next steps. Our mentors bring lived experience, patience and care, meeting each young person where life feels most manageable. Every journey begins with being understood and encouraged, one small moment at a time.

Who We Support
For young people who need space to breathe and steady support around them.

We support children and young adults who need an approach shaped around how they feel, learn and move through the world. Some are anxious, some are finding their way after a difficult period and others need a calmer route back into learning. Our role is to offer time, safety and steady guidance so they can grow in confidence and move forward at a pace that feels manageable.
Our outreach mentoring can be accessed in several ways. Schools can refer children aged six to sixteen who are not attending mainstream education or are at risk of exclusion. Local authorities can refer young people aged six to sixteen and post-sixteen young adults up to twenty-five once due diligence is complete. These programmes are well established across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Monmouthshire, and we are able to offer support further afield when needed. Every plan is shaped around the young person’s needs, interests and strengths so they feel genuinely supported from the start.
How We Work
Real relationships. Honest conversations. Steady progress.
We start by listening. Our team visits each young person and their family to understand what life looks like and what support feels possible right now. Mentors are carefully matched through shared interests or lived experience, which helps trust grow naturally. Sessions are face to face and built around the young person’s pace, preferences and strengths. Once they feel settled, we gently introduce routines, skills and next steps.

Why It Works
We pay attention to the small things.
Lived experience gives our mentoring its depth. Our team includes former teachers, SEN specialists, care leavers and people who have overcome difficult chapters in their own lives. That blend creates understanding that feels real.
A morning walk, a conversation in the car, a moment of humour. These gentle shifts become the foundation for bigger progress.
Our team brings together former teachers, SEN specialists, care leavers and people who have navigated difficult chapters in their own lives.
That blend creates understanding that feels real — and gives young people something they rarely have: someone who genuinely gets it.

For Schools And Local Authorities
Support that fits when a young person needs a new approach.
Schools and local authorities work with us when a young person needs time, safety and one to one support that fits their emotional world. We keep communication clear and consistent, share honest reflections and hold the young person with the same commitment we would want for our own families. Our role is to help them rebuild routine, confidence and readiness for whatever comes next.

We’re All Ears
A simple conversation can open a new path.
If you are thinking about a young person who needs calm, steady support, our team is here to talk. We will listen, share what we can offer and help you decide the right next step. Many of our partnerships begin over a warm, informal chat.
