Chris Powell
Chris founded Bespoke Mentoring after seeing how many young people needed time, understanding and a different kind of support. As a father of six, he brings warmth, patience and belief to every part of the organisation, always focused on creating opportunities for those who feel overlooked.

Hollie Jones
Hollie supports the whole team with care and clarity. With a background in Business and HR, she builds strong relationships with partners and helps keep Bespoke running smoothly. She is known for her steady presence, problem-solving and genuine commitment to people.

Matthew Buckley
Matt oversees the quality of support across the organisation, ensuring young people and staff feel safe, understood and valued. With experience in education, leadership and service development, he brings thoughtful guidance and a calm, steady approach to daily practice.

Clare King
Clare leads safeguarding with warmth and professionalism. Her background across education and training helps her build strong relationships with families, partners and staff. She brings calm energy and genuine care to every situation.

Jacqui Reddan
Jacqui supports young people and families with compassion and experience, shaped by 18 years in primary education and family support. She values safety, consistency and emotional wellbeing, helping create an environment where young people can grow.

Roy King
Roy brings over 20 years of fire service experience to his work in wellbeing and safety. He believes deeply in supporting both physical and emotional health and helps create a positive, secure environment for the whole team.

Laura Davis
Laura has over two decades of experience in education and SEN support. As a qualified teacher and assessor, she guides mentors and young people with expertise, warmth and encouragement, always focused on steady progress.

Meg Walkerdine
Meg builds trusting mentoring relationships through patience, creativity and understanding. She enjoys finding approaches that help each young person feel safe enough to move forward. Her studies in Criminal Psychology deepen her insight into behaviour and support.

Jordan Stevens
Jordan combines experience in SEN support with a background in digital marketing. He helps expand Bespoke’s reach so more young people can access meaningful support. He is always exploring practical solutions that strengthen the team’s work and impact.
